This class is suitable for all levels. Class begins with a brief centering, followed by a breathing exercise. Jenny’s Hatha classes focus on building flexibility and strength. You will explore sun salutations and balance postures, all while practicing mindfulness and focusing on your breath. Many options are given for each pose, as well as prop suggestions. Jenny will be there to help you with alignment in reference to safety, and to support and guide you as you cultivate your practice. Poses are held for approximately 30-60 seconds. Class ends with savasana (quiet meditation, lights are dimmed).
