Offered at a discounted price, this class is suitable for all levels. This is an excellent class for beginners. Class begins with centering, followed by a breathing exercise. Each student begins with the same props, and poses are workshopped as we explore asana as a group. Options are given for each pose, and you are encouraged to explore what works for you. Poses are held for around a minute, to allow for you to tune into your body and your breath. Jenny will be there to help you with alignment in reference to safety, and to support and guide you as you cultivate your practice. Class ends with savasana (quiet meditation, lights are dimmed).
